Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all entrants of Montyybucks Inc #MyLifeMyPura video Competition . By contributing audio and/or video content, imagery, information, and/or other materials to this Competition, entrants signify their agreement to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, please do not enter this Competition. Only entries complying with contest rules, restrictions, terms, and conditions are eligible to win.
This contest is open to people of all ages all over India. It is open only to individuals.
Uploaded video can be used for promotional & Publicity activities on various platforms.
No Entry fee charges for any participation.
MyLifeMyPura Contest will hold online from 12:01 am December 1st, 2017 to 11:59 pm December 23rd, 2017.
Video will be eligible for competition after screening by the jury.
The video must be original and may not have been previously submitted to or won another video contest.
This contest is hosted by Montyybucks Inc.
Every Participant will get coupon code of Rs.100 ( will be sent in mail Id after screening of video )
Every prize voucher is redeemable on purchase at Montyybucks.com only.
Winner will be chosen on basis of views, likes, Share and content of the video.
Maximum video length is 90 Sec. Videos longer than 90 Sec will not be considered for the Competition or included in the judging rounds.
Videos containing profanity, nudity, violence, and/or racist or sexist remarks or sentiments are strictly prohibited and will be disqualified.
Due to the number of submissions, entrants who do not progress to the Competition’s final rounds will not be notified. Winning entrants will be contacted at the conclusion of each judging cycle, beginning on 25th December 2017. The final winner will be notified and publically announced on25th December 2017 .
Winners list will be uploaded on the Montybucks.com website and will be published on facebook/ Instagram / twitter.
This vouchers are valid till 6 Months.
We acknowledged that the promotion isn’t sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform used throughout the contest.
All terms and condition are alterable by management without prior notice.
Videos can be produced in English & Hindi & all Indian Language. However, English, Hindi and Marathi are the working languages of Montyybucks Inc. If the video uses another language, subtitles in English are recommended.
We will include our Logo in the Video before uploading on Youtube
The final deadline for submitting the video will be 11:59 pm of 23rd December 2017.
Copyright of the submitted video remains with the respective entrants. However, in consideration of winning one of the prizes, each entrant grants a worldwide royalty-free perpetual license to MontyyBucks Inc to feature any or all of the submitted materials in any and all media for publicity and marketing purposes. This implies that any entry can be used for promotional purposes
All contest participants grant MontyyBucks Inc the perpetual license to copy, edit, display, publish and make available their submission materials and agree that MontyyBucks Inc and partner/s may publish their names in connection with this video contest and the #MyLifeMyPura Video campaign.
It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that all videos have been taken with the permission of the subject(s) (or, where the submission shows any underage persons, the consent of their parent) and/or venue/location/photo or sound owner and does not infringe on the copyright of any third party. Entrants guarantee that they own the copyright for the submissions and for the usage rights required by the contest, and that their entry does not infringe on the privacy rights, copyright or any other rights of any person.
The entrant further agrees to indemnify, hold and save harmless and defend at his/her own expense, Montyybucks Inc , its officials and persons performing services for Montyybucks Inc, against any claims, suits, liability, and demands made by any third parties in respect of such infringement or other hazards that may be suffered by the entrant as a result of his/her participation in this contest.
A jury will decide the winners, based on how well the entries meet the criteria summarized in para above. The jury will be composed of representatives and Management of the Montybucks Inc. Montybucks Inc. reserve the right to veto any entry at any stage of the competition.
Only Three winning videos will be selected and will be awarded.
Winners may be requested to offer support to promotional activities related to the campaign and this contest such as personal profiles, background information and photos.
Montyybucks Inc reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this contest with or without prior notice due to reasons outside their control.
By participating in the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by the official contest rules and the decisions of the judges. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means may be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. MONTYYBUCKS INC will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims, or ambiguities concerning the rules or the contest, and its decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the contest is affected by human error, mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference, or any event beyond MONTYYBUCKS INC’s control, MONTYYBUCKS INC reserves the right to terminate the Competition or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as it deems appropriate. MONTYYBUCKS INC may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.
By participating, where allowed by law, all entrants grant MONTYYBUCKS INC exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other competitions and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Competition, where allowed by law, participants agree that Montyybucks Inc may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Competition to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.
Release and Indemnity:
By participating in the contest, each entrant waives any and all claims of liability against MONTYYBUCKS INC and its employees and agents for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of or participation in the contest or from the use of any prize. MONTYYBUCKS INC is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights relating to videos submitted to this competition. Entrants may be exposed to submissions that are inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and entrants agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies they have or may have against MONTYYBUCKS INC with respect thereto, and agree to indemnify and hold MONTYYBUCKS INC, its owners/operators, affiliates, and/or licensors harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to entrants’ participation in this Competition.
